Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.Campaign booking fees

Campaign booking fees are non-refundable.

2.Renovation payments

1. Down payments, progress payments and variation order payments are made under the quotation you signed. Its Terms & Conditions set out when, if at all, they can be refunded.
2. Under those terms, payments are non-refundable once any preparatory or renovation works have started. That includes cancellation or withdrawal by the owner.
3. If you want to cancel before any works have started, contact us and we will confirm what applies under your quotation.

3.Duplicate payments and overpayments

If you pay the same invoice twice, or pay more than the amount due, we refund the extra amount in full. You can also ask us to apply it to your next invoice.

4.Failed or unconfirmed payments

• If your bank account was debited but your booking or invoice still shows as unpaid, contact us with the date, amount and your bank's reference. We will check with our payment processor and either confirm the payment or arrange the refund.
• If a payment is not completed, your bank or the payment processor normally reverses the debit.

5.How refunds are paid

1. To request a refund, contact us with your booking or invoice number.
2. We review each request and confirm the outcome to you.
3. We pay approved refunds by bank transfer to an account in the payer's name, within 14 working days of approval. We will ask for the bank name, account holder and account number.
4. Refunds are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Bank charges, if any, are not refundable.
