This notice explains what this website collects when you visit it, why, and the choices you have. It covers renoxpert.my and project.renoxpert.my, run by RenoXpert Sdn Bhd (202401032588 (1578437-W)), in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you visit, our analytics and advertising tools record the pages you view, the links and buttons you click (including when you open a WhatsApp chat with us), your device and browser type, your approximate location from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. This website has no forms of its own: what you send us on WhatsApp or through our quotation form is handled by those services.
The tools we use
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand which pages help property owners.
- Meta Pixel — to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- TikTok Pixel — to measure and improve our TikTok ads.
- Microsoft Clarity — to see how pages are used, through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks text you type.
Why
To see which pages and ads bring owners to us, and to fix pages that are hard to use. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok account settings.
